Building The First Fully On-Chain RNG Network
A new approach to transparency in online gaming.
The online gaming industry is projected to reach $107.6 billion in 2025, with millions of players opening loot boxes, spinning slots, and entering prize draws every day.
But there’s a persistent challenge: players can’t actually verify that games are fair.
Operators provide assurances. Some platforms claim “provably fair” systems. But can players truly audit the results themselves? Can they see the code and check the math?
Usually not.
At Alpha Dune, we built the infrastructure that changes this. Our fully on-chain randomness system with instant settlement lets anyone verify every outcome independently—no trust required.
We’re starting with Loot Dynasty, our case opening platform where players unlock mystery boxes, win real prizes, and choose to cash out or claim physical goods.
The Trust Problem
In gaming, trust is everything. But verifying that trust has always been difficult.
When you open a loot box or play a game of chance online, you’re trusting that:
The stated odds are accurate
Results aren’t rigged or manipulated
Rare items actually have a chance to drop
Everyone’s playing by the same rules
Traditional platforms ask for your trust. Some crypto platforms offer “provably fair” systems, but they often rely on components you still can’t fully verify yourself.
We took a different path: provide mathematical proof instead of asking for trust.
How It Works
Our system is straightforward. Every time someone opens a box on Loot Dynasty, two things combine to create the result:
A unique user seed – tied to each player’s account
The next blockchain block – public data that no one can predict or manipulate
These combine through cryptographic hashing to generate the outcome. It’s instant, transparent, and cryptographically secure.
The key difference: everything happens entirely on-chain and the final result is settled in our RNG smart contract. Fully auditable in real-time and tamper-proof.
The randomness isn’t generated by a black box server or third-party service. It’s pure math executed on a public blockchain that anyone can audit.
No waiting periods. No external oracles. No trust assumptions.
Testing at Scale
We needed to prove this works beyond theory, so we ran 14 million mystery box opens and measured how closely actual results matched stated odds.
The results:
An item with a 20% stated drop rate appeared 19.98% of the time across 7.1 million opens—a deviation of just 0.0.01%.
For ultra-rare items (0.1% drop rate), precision was even tighter.

Starting With Loot Dynasty
Loot Dynasty is our first application: a case opening platform with mystery boxes containing real prizes—cash, gift cards, electronics, and more.
Every box opening uses our on-chain RNG. Every result is verifiable. Every player can confirm the odds are real.
It’s straightforward, engaging, and proves the tech works where it matters most: real players, real stakes, real money.
Why start here?
Case opening is where fairness matters most. Players spend money expecting transparent odds. If we can make this work for gaming, we can make it work for anything.
What’s Next
Loot Dynasty is our starting point. Once you have truly verifiable randomness, you can build a lot more:
Expanding in gaming:
Slots with transparent return-to-player rates
Lottery systems with instant verification
Raffles where everyone can audit the drawing
Any game where chance determines outcomes
Beyond gaming:
Token airdrops with verifiable selection
NFT drops with transparent rarity
Reward distributions that can’t be gamed
Any application where fair selection matters
We’re taking it step by step: prove the tech with one app, then open the network for others to build on.
Why This Matters
The gaming market is heading toward $150 billion by 2030, but it’s still built on trust that players can’t verify themselves.
Our RNG technology shifts that dynamic. Instead of trusting operator promises, players can verify fairness through math. No certifications needed, no blind faith required—just real-time proof that anyone can check.
For players: Confidence that the game actually works as advertised
For operators: A way to build trust without relying on promises alone
For the industry: Transparency becomes the standard, not the exception
